This was a lot of information to absorb but well worth the time to read it. I found d my self intrigued with the author's perspective, disappointed Ted when one of the student's dropped the course and another was not part of the follow up interview, but still deeply interested in what each character had to offer in my quest to understand this research methodology. I was surprised by the detailed appendices and, because of that, will now buy to printed version to add to my personal library. Great resource for novices like me.
